We recently implemented SAP as our ERP system and we are continuing process improvement projects through the use of robotics process automation (RPA). RPA allows repetitive time-consuming tasks to be automated and, in turn, allows people to work on value-added projects by using bots for financial account reconciliations.

 Under general supervision, our Equipment Operators operate a variety of equipment utilized in a warehouse environment. They will also have a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and equipment safety guards.

 The Quality Control Inspectors are responsible for receiving, in-process, and shipping visual inspection verifications to meet or exceed current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP. As iHerb is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the QC Inspectors must be able to provide documented evidence of the operations process during an FDA audit.
