The team handles issues that are very innovative in the field of law and is pivotal in advising the business teams of legal developments and their implications to our strategic business goals.
Our Marketing team is dynamic and fast-paced, thriving in an ever-changing eCommerce environment and constantly looking for innovative ways to increase our brand awareness through effective marketing strategies. Our Brands team is ambitious, dynamic, and very passionate about what they do. From product development to regulatory compliance, the team is fully involved in every step of the process and dedicated to ensuring we are creating high-quality wellness and beauty products for millions of customers in over 188 countries.
Our Customer Service team is made up of our front-line brand ambassadors based around the world, supporting key markets such as Russia, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea and speaking 11 different languages around the clock. People in our Customer Service team work cross-functionally with every department, and have the opportunity to move internally and progress in their careers.
The Global Logistics team ships to over 188 nations and prides itself on constantly implementing new processes to enable us to delight our customers with low-cost, fast, and on-time shipping on a global basis.
Our Purchasing team is responsible for selecting, negotiating, curating, pricing, and promoting the best possible brands and products for us to carry. Purchasing is on top of new and emerging products that continue to make us one of the leading retailers in health and wellness.
