Our Customer Experience team is made up of our front-line brand ambassadors based around the world, supporting key markets such as Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and South Korea and speaking 16 different languages around the clock. People in our Customer Experience team work cross-functionally and have the opportunity to move internally to progress in their careers.
Our Finance & Accounting team is a dedicated and collaborative group that thrives on solving challenges in an agile environment. We recently implemented SAP as our ERP system and we are continuing process improvement projects through the use of robotics process automation (RPA). RPA allows repetitive time-consuming tasks to be automated and, in turn, allows people to work on value-added projects by using bots for financial account reconciliations.
The Global Logistics team ships to over 180 nations and prides itself on constantly implementing new processes to enable us to delight our customers with low-cost, fast, and on-time shipping on a global basis.
Our Human Resources team is dedicated to helping our people get the best out of themselves. They collaborate with partners across the organization, helping team members to develop their skills and grow the business - all while maintaining a positive, fun, and safe work environment. Internal engagement is a core focus and a pillar for the team, which strives to continuously improve the people experience.

Our Legal team is fast-paced and a strategic business partner working on a variety of matters including privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, international matters, as well as contract negotiations. The team handles issues that are very innovative in the field of law and is pivotal in advising the business teams of legal developments and their implications to our strategic business goals.
