Equipment Operator
Under general supervision, our Equipment Operators operate a variety of equipment utilized in a warehouse environment. They will also have a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and equipment safety guards.
Under general supervision, our Material Handlers prepare, process, and move merchandise productively and accurately. They work independently but can also be part of a team, and they move between job functions whenever needed. They will also have a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Under general supervision, the Material Handlers - Inventory are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories and handling all paperwork, following the procedures to meet this goal. They verify all orders received and shipped, to ensure that the orders are properly accounted for. The Material Handlers – Inventory will have a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety, and inventory procedures.
The Quality Control Inspectors are responsible for receiving, in-process, and shipping visual inspection verifications to meet or exceed current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP. As iHerb is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the QC Inspectors must be able to provide documented evidence of the operations process during an FDA audit.
The Warehouse Department Leads lead departments to meet daily requirements, meet business goals, and pursue continuous improvements. They practice safety awareness, order consolidation, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, inventorying, and re-warehousing.
The Warehouse Department Supervisors provide leadership and direction in a high volume outbound, B2C small parcel environment. They also supervise and coordinate the activities of team members concerned with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment as it relates to preparing it for same-day shipping both nationally and internationally via expedited carrier services.
The Warehouse Operations Managers are responsible for the overall safety, security, and operational performance of our Distribution Centers. They have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business through the strategic and tactical direction of the B2C fulfillment center.
