Medical/RX
We offer two medical plan options through Blue Shield of CA and pay 100% of the plan premiums. That means you pay no medical plan costs out of your paycheck.

Dental
Good dental care is important, and contributes to your overall health. Our dental plans, through Cigna, are designed to help you maintain a healthy smile through regular dental care and fix any problems as soon as they occur.

Vision
The vision plan covers you and your covered dependents for routine eye exams, frames, and lenses or contacts. Additional discounts and savings may be available for sunglasses, lens options, and laser vision correction.

Life & AD&D
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Life insurance helps provide security and protects your loved ones if the worst were to happen. With us, you automatically receive Basic Life and AD&D coverage in the amount of $50,000 (subject to reduction based on age). This coverage is provided at no cost to you.

FSA
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses. Each year, you have to elect the annual amount you want to contribute to one or both accounts. Your contributions will be deducted pre-tax from your paycheck, which can help reduce your taxable income.
